Murray Strongwater

Strongwater Family Properties is a family owned business that has been operated for almost 40 years by Murray Strongwater.

224 Franklin Avenue was originally used as a warehouse for his glove business in New York City. In 1989, 375 Pearsall Ave - then a Jack Lalanne - was purchased and Murray was lucky enough to move his NYC business there. He began to convert the tennis and racquetball courts to office space and started to rent out additional space at that time. Murray likes to garden in his free time. Many of his tenants are recipients of his bountiful produce.
